We are looking for individuals who have a flare for problem solving and a passion for customer service. Our clients IT team are at the core of the organisation therefore, this individual will be supporting individuals across all levels within the group, being the first port of call with any IT related issues.
We are looking for someone who is motivated and forward thinking, who has an agile approach to their work.
We would expect individuals to have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a service desk position (ideally with this being their most recent experience).

Skill, Knowledge and experience:
2 Years plus relevant experience in a service desk position
Relevant IT certification essential or working towards
Good communication skills
Team orientated person
