Our client is seeking a Receptionist to join their front of house.

Your duties will include:
Answering and connecting all incoming telephone calls efficiently and, where necessary, taking messages.
Dealing with members of the public or clients who call at the office and ensuring they are directed to the right member of staff.
Monitoring and taking bookings for the meeting rooms and boardroom.
Booking all video conferencing through the Cisco TMS system for all departments.
Looking after the teleconference numbers and allocate to the appropriate department when requested.
Keeping the reception area and meeting rooms tidy and maintained, e.g. water, glasses etc.
Preparing teas & coffees as requested for client meetings and formal Board & Committee meetings.
Ordering catering requirements as required and deliver it to the rooms.
Booking taxis as and when requested.
Opening hand delivered mail and directing where appropriate.
Scanning and indexing documents for various departments.
Assisting with audio typing and copy typing as and when necessary for all departments.
Providing assistance to other departments as required.

Experience & Qualities Required:
Smart appearance and highly professional approach.
A good telephone manner.
The ability to communicate well with colleagues, the public in general and visitors at all levels.
Typing skills.
