This role is responsible for managing smooth day-to-day operations ensuring key performance indicators are met. Leading by example, motivating and supporting the personal development of the team.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
Educated to GCSE level: English and Maths at Grade C or above.
Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a retail / customer service environment
Minimum 3 years’ supervisory role.
Ability to lead a large team.
Experience in the delivery of the highest level of customer experience.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Commercial business acumen and basic understanding of financials.
Ability to grasp complex processes & procedures.
Understanding of stock management, office administration and procedures.
Knowledge of relevant internal systems and processes.
Conversant with various computer systems.
Confidence in decision making.
