Our client is seeking to employ a full time Risk and Healthcare administrator to be based in Jersey, working as part of a professional client servicing team.

They are looking for a talented individual who has a proven track record of working on their own initiative and delivering to tight deadlines.

The Candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties but not limited to:
Corporate Employee Benefit Scheme Administration of Private Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Travel Insurance, Group Death in Service, Group Income Protection in line with Company procedures
Working towards the overall goal of the department in completing administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service in line with procedural and service level agreements
To create and maintain consistent and accurate scheme records and client data
Dealing with daily telephone, post and email enquiries from employers, clients and insurers in an efficient and timely manner
Reconciliation of client data in order to produce renewal accounts
The preparation of client reports, sales aids and presentations.
Identify and implement updates to documentation and procedures as and when required.
Attend client meetings and insurer meetings where required.

REQUIREMENTS – SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Candidates should have minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a financial service environment, ideally in risk and healthcare administration or similar is desirable.
The post holder will require the following, however the individuals comunication skills and the ability to build relationships is paramount:
Employee benefits knowledge or insurance is desirable.
Accuracy and attention to detail
The ability to prioritise and have an organised approach
Competence in analysing figures
To be able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong MS Office skills, including intermediate or advanced excel
Must be client delivery focused
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn and study for professional qualifications
