Filing Administrator –
Role Summary

You will assist the Investor Due Diligence Team in Jersey to ensuring that the activities of this global financial services group are undertaken in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements and with Group procedures.
Report to the Investor DD Team.

Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing an exceptional service to our in-group clients based in various locations around the world. The purpose of the role is to ensure all client due diligence meets regulatory requirements. The role will include:-
Understand basic structures and be able to identify documentation related to those structures.
Be responsible for filing and scanning all original CDD and uploading to our internal database accordingly.
Provide general team administration assistance as required.
Be responsible for updating and maintaining the filing index for current files.
Assist in the resolution of filing queries.
As required verifying, scanning, archiving CDD into electronic filing and hard copy storage.
Escalation of issues identified to the Manager / Divisional Head as appropriate.
Assist with adhoc project with in the business namely around filing, scanning and archiving.
You may be required to perform other duties to support the Business as may be necessary from time to time.

Requirements
Skills / experience required
A minimum of 3 years working In a professional environment
Self-driven, organised and have excellent attention to detail
Have previous experience filing or working with statutory data.
Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft products, in particular Excel, Outlook and Word
