FTC to cover Maternity, to start early March until the end of January 2020.

The post holder will need to confirm their availability to work during the following months (no major holidays) – July/August and December/January, which are to cover financial year end and calendar year end.

The post holder will be a qualified ACA, ACCA or equivalent with a good knowledge of the financial services industry, preferably including the investment and fund management sector. Alternatively, the post holder will have been successful in the majority of the final examinations and considered to be qualified by experience and have the relevant business experience.

This role requires a self-starter who will be disciplined to meet strict deadlines. Good communication skills and a high degree of accuracy are required. Spreadsheet experience is essential (to at least an intermediate level) and familiarity with Microsoft NavOne would be advantageous.

A clear understanding of accounting principles and procedures is required, including experience of the preparation of management and statutory accounts, preferably under IFRS.
