Our client is a small and friendly family office who is seeking a secretary to join their team.

Duties:

Being ‘front of house’ , the first point of contact for physical visitors and telephone callers, although the reception area is not hugely busy
Audio typing and copy typing
General office admin including filing and maintaining stationery
Updating databases, including company records. Must be proficient in MS word and excel

Hours of work 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday,
