To assist the Accounts Manager with financial reporting of the business, including payroll processing, purchase ledger and analysing of key data.

Role Accountabilities:
General Accounts including purchase ledger & sales ledger
To carry out invoice matching on internal accounts system
Assist in the monitoring of Staff Shorts and Overs with Cashier for drivers and counter staff
Cover for cashiers in their absence
To assist in preparing payroll (experience of on Island payroll systems preferred)
Produce, daily, weekly & monthly reports for various members of management
Analysing revenue data.
To assist the Finance Manager within all aspects of the Finance Function
Perform other duties related to the business area
Assist in any other areas of work that the company feel are within your competency

Experience / Skills required:
Be numerate
Be proficient in Excel and Access
Be familiar with on Island payroll systems
Be flexible to meet the priorities of the business
Experience in an accounts department preferred but not essential
Be able to analyse data and resolve financial queries
Be able to work under tight deadlines
