Group Operationas Manager – Technology

Our client is a leading offshore law firm with a client base that includes global financial institutions, investment funds, private equity houses, multinational corporations, public organisations, sovereign wealth funds and high net worth individuals.

The purpose of this role is to manage the performance of all operational technology services and support to customers (internal and external) and ensure that service levels are achieved.
To ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded
To manage, lead and motivate the team to ensure staff are meeting and exceeding expectations
To ensure that the team is meeting defined metrics and benchmards and that standards and processes are followed to provide an excellent customer service

This is a full time role and some weekend work may be required on an basis as part of the role to manage system changes/upgrades that need to be released out of hours
