Our client is looking for an account manager reporting to the Head of Business Sales, who will need to develop, build and maintain strong relationships with key business customers, building trust in order to remain as their supplier of choice.
You must also be able to identify new clients and manage the provision of solutions and be able to work both independently and alongside various teams to provide a total solution for small to medium sized customers.


Previous experience in a busy role that requires excellent organisational skills
Good at working under own initiative to overcome issues / delays so that solutions are provided to customers on time
Excellent numeracy and communication skills.
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook and a Customer Management Database e.g. Salesforce.com
