Our client is looking for a Customer Service Rep based on a 6 month Contract to be responsible for taking inbound calls whilst providing a high level of customer service at all times.

They are looking for enthusiastic and determined individuals to join a busy call centre.

Responsibilities:
Working on a 24/7 rota which includes some over-night shifts
Timely and successful resolution of customer contacts including billing enquiries, complaints and sales opportunities for all products and services via phone, web, email and letter
Accurate and efficient processing of tasks, eg works orders, KCI’s.
Escalate potentially serious service issues/complaints to the appropriate escalation point in a timely manner

Experience:
Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer care skills, with the ability to deal effectively with difficult customers.
You should be confident in using computer systems and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
