Our client is looking for a Senior Administrator to provide advice and guidance as a FATCA and CRS/ Client Tax Reporting Subject Matter Expert to client relationship managers with support on more complex matters from Head of Client Support Services

Duties:

Maintain FATCA/CRS data/records in systems and ensure documents provided to upstream custodians are current and up-to-date
Assist with the preparation and collation of reportable information to meet the Client Tax Reporting regulatory reporting deadlines
Maintain tax trackers in respect of property, company and personal taxes
Maintain and assist with appointment of Third Party Service Providers and Associated Persons
Assist in management of ad hoc projects
Prepare minutes/ resolutions/ other related documents/payments/distributions and execute as authorised signatory

Skills Required:

A good understanding of Trust Administration to include knowledge in trust instruments and documentation as well as trust and tax laws, accounting, investments and properties and particularly the application of FATCA and CRS to trust and company administration.
Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
