Our Client is currently seeking a Senior Administrator, reporting to a manager within various divisions of the company to have responsibility for the provision of administrative and accounting support and relationship management to a client portfolio in the following areas:

Company Secretarial: to provide a full suite of legal and secretarial services to a portfolio of clients;

Accounting: to provide a full suite of fund accounting and financial reporting services to a portfolio of clients;

Skills / experience requirements:
Professional ICSA, ACCA (or equivalent) qualification or studying towards;
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the industry;
Excellent communication and organisation skills;
An understanding of local statutory laws and other related legal and regulatory requirements for example Anti-Money Laundering laws;
Motivated and driven.
