Our client is currently seeking an experienced individual to join our team as Senior Digital Channel Manager.
The Senior Digital Channel Manager role is part of our Retail Banking and Wealth Management Digital Team.


Be accountable for the successful launch of digital journeys in to market, leading delivery on a range of initiatives across the online platforms, supporting the business and our customers with implementation.
Be accountable for obtaining customer and staff feedback, using these insights across the digital channels to form the prioritised channel / customer journey backlogs.
Helping shape and drive the digital channel strategy to acquire new to bank customers and increase digital product sales and engagement. This includes forming concept papers and conducting feasibility assessments on new internal / external opportunities
Lead the team of Digital Channel Managers on a range of initiatives


Energetic, positive attitude, team player with a go-getter attitude
Experience working in a Digital environment, preferably using Agile methodology
Experience in customer engagement / research to obtain insights and apply these to backlog management
Proactively look for innovative ways to change the way we deliver digital in to market, improve customer service and drive digital acquisition
Proven digital skills with demonstrable success in creating strategic action grounded on external and internal data and insights, and building execution capability
Leadership experience in customer focused organizations, in disciplines such as digital, marketing or change management skills motivating and inspiring others to excel
