Our client is looking to undertake a permanent role as a helpdesk administrator, assisting the team amangers in running the team structures on day-to day basis.

Key responsibilities:

Report to the I.T. supervisor
Helpdesk co-ordination, incident management and monitoring of daily checks
Working to I.T. policies and procedures
Produce and maintain network documentation
Install new/rebuilt existing work stations and configure hardware

Requirements:

Excellent communication and organisation skills
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, & solve hardware/software faults efficiently
Self-motivated & capable of working on own initiative as well as part of the team
Commitment to developing IT skills
Previous experience and interest is highly desirable
