A Facilities Manager is required by a prestigious school to manage the whole site and facilities to ensure the effective, efficient and safe use of the
premises, equipment and resources.

The faciliites manager is the first point of contact for all site maintenance in liaison with Senior Management staff, the Bursar and contract staff.

The ideal candidate will be:

Self-motivated, practical and able to work under own direction
Capable, hard-working and determined
Positive in their approach to young people and the College community
Able to remain calm when under pressure and be diplomatic in difficult situations
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils and staff
