Our Client is currently looking for someone to join their busy Motor / Personal lending sales team within their Jersey office. This is a 12 month FTC.

Your responsibilities will include:
– Effectively manage any incoming calls
– Generate sales leads
– Process and pay out customer loans
– Follow company guide lines and procedures

You will need to be a customer oriented sales person who can provide product and service information to the customer base. The successful candidate will need to be able to work to a high level of efficiency and accuracy whilst ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained. You will need to evidence strong previous telephone handling experience, together with excellent communication skills. Basic Word and Excel knowledge are required, as is evidence of the ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively.
