Our client is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead and deliver the continuous improvement programme and the delivery of identified, critical change and improvement projects, within time, prioritisation and on budget; enabling business improvement and transformation.

Responsibilities:

Main point of contact for Opex methodologies and practices, liaising with local and CPC/LAS stakeholders and the wider LAS Opex community as appropriate
Identify, plan and implement all Opex activities that will produce efficiencies, margin improvement and cost savings, where appropriate, through improving business processes and practices and the elimination of the contributors of waste; e.g. over-processing
Be responsible for the production of salient and relevant Opex MI and reporting, which outlines work undertaken, benefits realised, efficiencies gleaned, both for local Management, key stakeholder groups and the wider LAS Opex community as appropriate

Qualifications and skills:

Lean Six Sigma qualified to Black belt level
Experience within a similar role or as part of a wider continuous improvement delivery team
Prince 2 or equivalent
