A bookkeeper is required by our client to to maintain accurate and timely client financial records.
The job holder will also be responsible for ensuring client service excellence is delivered to clients following the policies and objectives of our client

Role details:

Produce and manage communication requests where necessary.
Undertake other administration tasks and provide cover as required where training has been received.
Liaise with Custodians in reconciliation
Liaise with Managers
Liaise with Administrators
Provide holiday and sickness cover for other Bookkeepers

Do you have –

A Good level of skill in the use of standard Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
The Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
A Good level of written and oral communication skills enabling effective contact at all levels both internal and external.
The Ability to work on own initiative.
A detailed and structured approach.
The ability to demonstrate initiative, adaptability and flexibility in order to cope with the ever-changing demands of the role.

A professional qualification such as AAT or similar would be an advantage, but suitable candidates may be qualified through relevant or similar industry experience.
