Our client is looking for Procedures Officer to join there Business Change Team & Operation.

Responsibility for the population and management of the library of Procedure Documentation; ensuring such key documentation is logically indexed and organised, also ensuring – amongst other things – that alignment to local, Divisional and/or Group policies are clear and obvious (where relevant).
Implement, drive and oversee a mechanism to ensure consistency, as far as can be achieved, across the Procedural Documentation; including standard templates, content guides and consistency of practice.
Implement, drive and manage a suitable ownership mechanism to ensure each procedure document is assigned to a

Experience of working within a fund, trust, private client and/or company management / administration environment.
Experience drafting clear and concise guidance documentation, e.g. training manuals, guidance notes, principles and rules, policies and procedures.
Knowledge of the financial regulatory environment, codes of practice and conduct
Lean 6 Sigma certification an advantage – Desirable
