PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
In conjunction with the Programme or Project Manager lead in the overall project requirements planning, design, testing and implementation phases
Define requirements and business needs of allocated project work streams and develop plans to deliver.
Monitor project progress for allocated project work streams and present oral and written reports of problems and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.
Work cross functionally within the business to track issues, solve problems and implement change or resolution as required.
Identify resources and skills required to meet project work stream deliverables.
Build coalitions amongst various stakeholders in the business and take the lead on some aspects of organisational change
Present reports defining project stream progress, problems and solutions.
Implement and manage project stream changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
Work with allocated business area to gain full understanding of processes, systems and integrations to improve process efficiency, data quality, and interoperability.
Act as an advocate for the business and present solutions for evaluation to programme board
