Trust Officer / Senior Trust Officer


To administer a portfolio of varied trusts and companies within a team environment, supporting the team manager as necessary to achieve the defined KPI’s

Day to day administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies.
Verbal and written communications with clients and their advisers, banks, brokers and other intermediaries.
Management of entity bank/broking facilities and timely action of entity payment requirements.
Preparation of file notes of telephone conversations.
Review and action of Client Review points.
Billing and collection of entity fees.
Preparation of client reporting as necessary.
Attend client meetings; prepare minutes, file notes and action points as necessary.
Support more junior members of the team with their work.
Effective delegation and supervision of work provided to junior team members.
Assist with the management of the team’s effectiveness if appropriate.
Execution of banking transactions by completion of relevant documentation or input onto online computerised banking systems.
At least 5 years relevant experience.
Appropriate professional qualification (such as Certificate in Offshore Administration (ICSA Certificate (COFA), ICSA Diploma (DOFA), STEP Certificate, STEP Diploma, etc).
