Process excellence – Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is desirable.
Convey complex analytical or technical subjects in a method that can be understood by the target audience through excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have a holistic view of an existing or proposed service, considering the customers’ experiences as well as the technical and operational aspects
Good understand of developing and managing processes
Strong project management skills and capable of leading large projects/key initiatives with multiple work streams independently
Demonstrate creativity and innovation
Good understanding of managing commercial relationships and contractual/supplier documentation
Interim also considered for this role.
