The Project Manager will be responsible for the execution of infrastructure projects cutting across the light industrial, fuel, buildings and housing sectors. This will require the application of a highly commercial approach to projects and management of a team of largely external service providers with the full support of internal services. The internal resources have been set up to be committed to supporting primarily the Project and Facility Managers.

Project Managers will be required to manage projects outside the Channel Islands as and when required. These localities include the UK, Spain, Caribbean, and Australasia.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Degree qualified with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a highly commercial project environment. Qualifications would underpin an understanding of procurement contracts, finance, project management, contract management and cost engineering.
