Finance and Administration Officer

As a growing company, we are looking for an individual who has bright ideas to help create, implement and monitor new financial and administration policies and procedures, whilst ensuring that all established policies and procedures are operating effectively and efficiently.

There may also be potential to travel to our Africa and Asia offices to support the implementation of new policies and procedures.

You will assist with the implementation of new policies and procedures relating to month-end reporting and budgeting for projects, companies and the group, whilst also ensuring the effective and efficient processing of invoices and payments, bank reconciliations and monthly payroll runs

University degree
Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel
Experience with QuickBooks
