Purpose of the role:
– To oversee the administrative function inclusive of the logistics of transport and accommodation for visiting artists and companies.
– To be responsible for the HR function for the organisation.

– Knowledge and experience of dealing with international travel logistics, inclusive of air, ferry and freight
– Knowledge and experience of sourcing and booking multiple hotel accommodation deals
– Experience of personnel matters inclusive of staff contracts
– Experience in general administration

– Excellent computer skills inclusive of Word, Excel, Outlook and Social Media
– Strong oral and written communication skills
– High level of numeracy and literacy
– Ability to work in the strictest confidence and deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information
– Ability to manage multiple priorities
– Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure
– Ability to work as part of a team
– Strong organisational skills
