Our client is seeking a Company Secretariat to provide additional support to the team.

Qualifications & Experience:
– Recognised financial services or other professional qualification, preferably with post qualification experience in a funds / corporate services environment.
– Broad experience in the offshore financial services industry
– Awareness of key and current industry themes, local fund products and regulatory regime.
– A strong and knowledgeable focus on governance.

Skills:
– Ability to work within a team environment
– Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management within the group as well as clients and service providers.
– Good oral and written communication skills.
– Be proficient in Excel and Word and have experience in a fund administration system
