The role is responsible for leading change management in the business, a continual improvement programme and managing day to day business operations. The position helps ensure the implementation of the business’ strategy and that all operational change required to support this is aligned and coordinated to maximise impact and efficiency.

The role holder will oversee and manage Business Operations and the Change Management programme. They will coordinate, analyse and report on the operational performance of the Jersey businesses to Jersey EXCO. They will lead, manage and implement operational change and continual improvement programmes, reporting into the COO and Jersey EXCO. As a member of the senior management team they will contribute to the strategic direction of the Jersey businesses and will provide active support in relation to business and operational planning.
