You will provide
The Business Standards and Oversight Manager provides support to the banking business to ensure that internal procedures and regulatory guidelines are consistently applied ensuring the operational integrity of the business, and to highlight any compliance breaches or potential procedural issues as appropriate, ensuring the business remains compliant at all times.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing guidance and support to the Business.
Understanding the risk management processes and tools relevant to their area and how to use them.
Ability to anticipate operational risks and ensure the actions and responsibilities are in place to mitigate them involving working with other departments as required.
Challenging any areas of concern, brings difficult issues into the open and helps resolve them.
Building strong relationships with relevant business areas within the bank and/or the wider community, develop a positive working relationship enabling a collaborative approach.
Invites different viewpoints and perspectives as a way of enriching debate, making better decisions and achieving sustained improvements.
Collaborating with other business areas to achieve their business goals.
To support the business in adhering to its Conduct Risk Framework and it delivers the right outcomes for customers.
