The role will consist largely of data entry, logging, filing, completing tick lists and preparing documentation as instructed by senior members of the HR team.
The post holder will manage the day to day transactional HR issues for global offices and will act as administrative support to the HR function

Log incoming CVs
Write to rejected candidates/agents
Set up interviews and travel itineraries for candidates

Assist in the day to day administration of a busy HR office
Prepare invoices for finance to align with correct budget
Complete social security and sickness administration

Attention to detail
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
