Business Development Assistant Manager

To support the directors and business groups with the identification and delivery of new business development opportunities. To develop, manage, co-ordinate, and contribute to business development strategy and process and marketing activities for each practice area.

Knowledge & skills required:
– A minimum of five years business development experience, preferably in financial services
– Degree educated, with professional qualifications
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Excellent organisational skills
– ability to work confidently with directors, senior management and staff at all levels
– Be able to deal sensitively and tactfully with members of the public, media and staff at all levels
– Strong sense of teamwork
– Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
– IT proficient and fully conversant with Microsoft Office
